 Include all necessary details such as apartment numbers, suite numbers, or unit numbers if applicable.

 Incorrect Addresses: If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and the package is returned or discarded:

 You will be charged for the original shipping cost, any return shipping fees, and fees for re-shipping the package (if applicable).

 Safe Delivery Location:

 Please ensure the shipping address is a safe and secure location for deliveries.

 We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.

 We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.

Shipping Issues and Responsibilities

1. Customer Unavailability or Refusal of Delivery

 If the customer is unavailable to receive the package or refuses delivery, leading to the package being returned or discarded:

 The customer will be responsible for all associated shipping fees, including return shipping and re-shipping fees.

• If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or insufficient, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

 

2. Lost or Stolen Packages

 For packages marked as delivered but not received:

 Check with neighbors, household members, or building management.

 Contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

 Notify us within 7 days for further support.

 Claims for lost packages will follow the carrier’s investigation process.

3. Damaged Packages

 If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and product.

 We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
